Two big firsts in our household this week:First, Robert got his license. He had it years ago, but it was pulled when he was getting into so much trouble. He couldn't get it back until he completed classes, paid off fines, and took a new test.
All of that is now complete. He has come so far.
We took photos as mug shots, cause we could, lol.
Nic wrote about it on his site, too! Stop by and give him a shout out ..........
Second,

Crystal got her first tattoo. It was hilarious (but painful) to watch. I wish I could capture her facial expressions in here, but I don't know how to load a clip from my phone.
She has been talking about a tattoo for a year, at least, and she has had several "fake" ones, but now she has the real deal. It is very beautiful.

Did you know that a tattoo of this size and color will put you out over 200 dollars? YIKES!

Very cool!
Congratulate him for me! :goodjob:
Pretty tat!!
what a fabulous tattoo ... love the mugshots!
watching this progress has been a wondrous thing...
I'm not a tattoo person at ALL, but I love your family, especially your sons. I am always so moved whenever Rob overcomes another obstacle. He's had to rise above so much and try so hard, and get up and try again when he gets knocked down. And he DOES.
I think you must be the most amazing woman, most incredible mother, to have such children. As always, I pray for you all and ask God to bless you....and to give you your best Christmas yet with all the ones you love.
Congrats to your son getting his license. He is doing so well.
The tattoo is beautiful; the colors are so vibrant! My tattoo was $250 (too much in my opinion).
Congrats to Robert!
Very funny mug shots! I love the tattoo! I have had one for over 6 years now and I am in the process of having it covered up with something else. I was young and its cherries. WHAT WAS I THINKING??? I HATE CHERRIES!!!!
Most of the tatoo artists want me to cover it with a rose. I am not going down that road. I want something unique that wont bore me to tears in the next 6 years!!!
it's beautiful
and would cost about the same here

Congrats to your boy! I know he was thrilled and the tattoo is gorgeous!
So proud for your son. $200 + the pain. I don't get it, but that's just me.
Good things are happening...the tattoo is nice....
