UPDATE - 11:30 AM: Continued, continued to the 29th of June.
Why? Because the stinking lawyer screwed up the court dates and was scheduled to be in two rooms at the same time, and Robert ended up with no representation.
The judge asked Robert if he wanted to continue without representation, and he said no.
If we had wanted to do it without representation, we wouldn't have paid the astronomical retainer fees.
Damn.

I'm so sorry. How aggravating and awful to have to go throught all that, for nothing. I'm glad he has his dog. I hope things go his way, in the long run.
