Even on the worst days, there is someone or something that can make you feel better.
For Robert, that someone is Madeline.
I've noticed that with one of my sons with our cat. Sometimes when he just doesn't want to talk the cat is his best friend.

Why is it a 'worst-day'? I thought things were really looking up for all of you.
A dog is sometimes the best therapy a person can get. I'm glad Robert has this friend.
