Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Robert Foltz
It has been a very busy couple of weeks, and we are all so very tired, but it was all worth it for the moments shown in the pictures below. Look at how happy Robert and Keri look, and how beautiful. And Destiny. Just amazing.
This is the moment that Keri’s father gave her away.
Robert cried when he said his vows. Destiny cried when her daddy cried. It was one of the most touching moments of the whole day. This is the two of them getting ready to go down to have pictures taken.
You can dress them up, but you can’t make them behave. The best man (who is also my younger son) jumped into his brother’s arms while the photographer was taken pictures. The groomsmen thought it was hilarious. So did I.
The bride and Destiny, sharing a moment between poses.
The bridal party plus parents.
Destiny was so wonderful throughout the day. She laughed, kissed, hugged, and danced her way into everyone’s heart.
The first piece of cake. He said that it was “bangin’.”
And the first dance. She is looking at the photographer; he was looking at her. Perfect.
I have a million photos, and I am happy to share, but it takes too long to upload all of them. If you want more, shoot me an email at bird_t1@bellsouth.net, and I will invite you to view them on my kodak site. It was one of the best days of my life. I cried a lot; I laughed a lot.
My heart is overflowing.

I’m crying tears of joy. What a beautiful day. What a beautiful couple. I’m so happy for all of you. Dreams really do come through. I remember when I first met you here, how far removed any possibility of such happiness seemed. What joy.

What a fabulous, happy, beautiful occassion! A gorgeous wedding. Your son so happy, his beautiful radiant bride, and Destiny, an angel. It’s been a long road for all of you, to see photos of the wedding this morning has made my day. This is a forever marriage, I can tell. In 50 years these two will be celebrating their years together. Many congratulations- xo
This is the best news I’ve ever seen here. I remember your early days when every entry was so filled with pain and heartbreak and frustration and waiting, waiting, waiting…..I am beyond happy for all of you that Rob’s happily ever after continues to this day. He has EARNED it in every single way.
I will continue to keep this wonderful family in my prayers, always, all ways.
Send me some more pictures!
OMG what beautiful pictures. It’s truly a happy ending!
Thank you so much for the blog you’ve kept on your son. I’ve been reading for a few years now and my son was arrested last weekend. I’ve drawn strength from the memories of your blogs and knowing that there are other moms out there who feel the same way I do. Thank you for being so candid and open and sharing your soul, it’s truly helped me!
This is too, too adorable. I wish them every happiness ever
You should be happy and so proud. What a journey this has been. Such a beautiful and amazing one.
Congratulations to all of you!
